Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 or older with HER2-negative, BRCA-inherited breast cancer that has spread.
- If your cancer is estrogen-receptor positive (ER+), you must have already tried hormone therapy or you cannot take standard hormone treatments.
- You must agree to a mandatory fresh biopsy of a metastatic site (not bone) and allow extra research blood tests.
- Your blood counts and organ function (liver/kidney/bone marrow) must be strong enough, based on tests in the last 28 days.
- You must be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG performance status 0–1) and expect to live at least 16 weeks.
- You must have measurable tumors on scan and have already stayed on a PARP inhibitor for at least 2 months before your cancer progressed.
