  • Be a woman who previously took part in the Mayo Rochester part of this study
  • Be 60 years old or older
  • Have had chemotherapy or major surgery with general anesthesia more than 6 months ago
  • Be able and willing to sign informed consent
  • Be able to read and speak English
  • Not be in hospice
