Who can take part

  • Your child is between 3 months and under 3 years old
  • Your child was treated for a fever UTI with only one antibiotic medicine (amikacin IV, ceftriaxone IV/IM, or cefixime by mouth)
  • The antibiotic course was not ongoing and was not stopped within the last 7 days
  • Your child is not currently in the hospital
  • A parent/guardian agrees and gave consent for the study
