Study tests how men and women respond to alcohol abstinence

Alcohol Use Disorder

Who can take part

  • You drink alcohol at a moderate social level (not heavy or abstinent by choice)
  • You can read and complete study forms and procedures in English
  • Your body weight falls within a BMI of 18.5 to 32
  • You can get blood drawn with a usable vein (venous access needed)
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you do not plan to become pregnant during the study infusion phase
  • You can follow the birth control requirements during the study
