Dydrogesterone pill support during natural-cycle embryo transfer

This Phase 3 study tests whether taking an oral progesterone-like medicine (dydrogesterone) during the “luteal phase” after a natural-cycle frozen embryo transfer can improve support for implantation. Who can take part

  • You are under 43 years old when your IVF stimulation started
  • You are doing a frozen embryo transfer using your own early embryos or blastocysts after thawing
  • You must be using a natural-cycle approach (not a hormone replacement cycle)
  • You must not use donor eggs or donor embryos
  • You must not plan preimplantation genetic testing on the embryos
  • If you have a blocked, fluid-filled fallopian tube (hydrosalpinx), it must have been treated with surgery before transfer
