Who can take part
- You must be age 18–75 and able to sign consent before joining
- You have symptoms of indigestion such as early fullness, nausea, vomiting, regurgitation, or post-meal discomfort
- If you have diabetes: it must be type 1 or type 2 for at least 3 years, and for type 2 the symptoms should have started or worsened after diabetes was diagnosed
- You must be able to communicate with the study team and eat the study meals as instructed
- You should NOT be pregnant or breastfeeding
