Who can take part

  • You have unresectable stage III non-small cell lung cancer
  • Your cancer has no known sensitizing EGFR mutation and no ALK fusion
  • You are 18–74 years old and can take oral study medicines and attend follow-ups
  • Your health is fairly strong (ECOG performance status 0–1) and you have at least 12 weeks of expected survival
  • Your blood counts and organ tests (liver, kidneys) are within required limits
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
