Who can take part
- You have unresectable stage III non-small cell lung cancer
- Your cancer has no known sensitizing EGFR mutation and no ALK fusion
- You are 18–74 years old and can take oral study medicines and attend follow-ups
- Your health is fairly strong (ECOG performance status 0–1) and you have at least 12 weeks of expected survival
- Your blood counts and organ tests (liver, kidneys) are within required limits
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
