Checking immunotherapy and chemo before lung surgery for stage III cancer

Stage III Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This trial tests giving toripalimab plus another treatment (JS004) together with standard chemotherapy before lung surgery for stage IIIB–IIIC non-small cell lung cancer. It may help shrink the tumor and make surgery more effective, and it compares different treatment combinations.

NCT06437977Recruiting· Phase 3
Pre-surgery treatment with radiation, immunotherapy, and chemo for stage II-III NSCLC

This trial tests whether combining radiation, an immunotherapy drug (toripalimab), and chemotherapy before surgery can help shrink tumors and improve outcomes in people with resectable stage II to III non-small cell lung cancer. It aims to see if this approach works better than standard chemotherapy alone.
