Who can take part
- You have advanced lung cancer or another solid tumor, and your doctors can take a biopsy sample
- You are expected to live more than 12 weeks
- Your liver score is below 7 (Child-Pugh-Turcotte), and your heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys work well enough for treatment
- You must have enough of your own modified immune cells made for the trial, with at least 20% showing the right target and proven cancer-killing in testing
- You have not had prior gene therapy, and you do not have certain serious active infections (like HIV, hepatitis B/C, or other significant viral or fungal infections)
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you are not taking higher-dose steroid medicines like prednisone at or above the trial threshold
