TCR-T cell therapy for HLA-A*02 positive solid tumors

Solid Tumor

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests a personalized immune-cell treatment made from your own blood to target certain solid tumors. You may be eligible if your tumor has a specific protein pattern and you have tried standard treatments without success.

Who can take part

  • You must be 18–70 years old and be able to sign consent and complete study visits and tests
  • You have a solid cancer that has not responded to standard treatments
  • Your body must have HLA-A*02, and your tumor must show the target protein strongly (2+ or 3+ in enough cells)
  • Any side effects from prior cancer treatments must be mostly gone (grade 0–1 or an acceptable level)

T Cell Immunotherapy for Advanced Cancers

This study tests a new immunotherapy using specially engineered immune cells (called TCR-enhanced Vδ2 T cells) to treat blood cancers or solid tumors that haven't responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if these cells can safely shrink tumors and improve survival.

Personalized T-cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This early-phase study tests personalized immune cells (T cells) made from your own tumor and blood to treat advanced solid cancers. It may help your immune system recognize and attack your tumor, especially if standard treatments no longer work.

Personalized immune cell therapy for solid tumors

This trial tests a personalized cell therapy (tumor polypeptide DC-CTL) for adults with solid tumors such as colorectal, lung, or breast cancer. The goal is to see if infusing your own immune cells trained to attack cancer can help control the disease.

NCT06515626Recruiting· Early Phase 1
Modified t cells for multiple cancers

This trial tests a personalized cell therapy where your own immune cells are collected, modified to better attack cancer, and then returned to you. It is for people with various solid tumors and lymphomas whose cancer cells have specific markers.

Personalized T-cell therapy for advanced solid tumors (KSX01-TCRT)

This study tests a personalized treatment made from your own immune cells (T cells) that are re-engineered to recognize and attack your specific tumor. It is for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. If you qualify, you will have a blood draw and a tumor sample collected to create your own custom T cell therapy.
