Who can take part
- You (or your child) can sign the consent form (and children can assent), and you can follow study visits for the full study time
- Age 10 or older, and you have osteosarcoma confirmed by pathology (biopsy/surgery sample), either at diagnosis or after relapse
- Your osteosarcoma is not the surface or “on the bone surface/periosteal” type, and you do not have active spread to the brain
- Your cancer must be measurable/evaluable, or if fully removed by surgery, you may still qualify
- Your body must be strong enough for treatment (blood counts, kidney and liver tests, and heart checks) and you must be well recovered from prior cancer therapy
- You must be able to take and keep pills by mouth (or through a feeding tube), and you cannot be pregnant
