Who can take part

  • You have confirmed prostate cancer under the microscope (prostate adenocarcinoma) and it has spread to distant sites.
  • Your cancer is metastatic based on a bone scan or CT/MRI showing lesions in the body.
  • You are starting systemic (whole-body) treatment for metastatic disease, either hormone-sensitive new cases or first-line castration-resistant cases.
  • Your general health is good enough for trial treatments (ECOG performance score 0 to 2, per the study doctor).
  • Recent heart/stroke history, uncontrolled blood pressure, or certain major procedures in the last 6 months may exclude you.
  • Your blood counts and organs (including bone marrow and albumin level ≥ 28 g/L) are adequate, and you can follow study visits; you must sign consent.
