Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with castration-resistant prostate cancer (confirmed by biopsy or other cell test).
  • You’re well enough to do most activities (ECOG 0 to 2) and your doctor expects you can live at least 6 months.
  • Your blood counts and kidney and liver tests must be adequate.
  • You have not had radiation that covered more than 25% of your bone marrow.
  • Your heart rhythm test (QTcF) must not be higher than 480 milliseconds, and blood pressure must be controllable.
  • You cannot have certain stomach or gut conditions (like active inflammatory bowel disease or certain stomach surgeries) or specific medication interactions.
