Who can take part
- You have prostate cancer (adenocarcinoma type) that has spread to bones or other organs, confirmed by imaging
- Your cancer is getting worse despite taking enzalutamide, darolutamide, or apalutamide (shown by rising PSA, worse imaging, or new bone lesions)
- You are willing to switch to or restart enzalutamide as part of this study
- Your testosterone level is very low (below 50 ng/dL) because you are on hormone therapy or had surgical castration
- You are able to care for yourself and are up and about more than half your waking hours
- Your blood work shows your kidneys, liver, and blood counts are working well enough for the study
