Brain and sensation study in adults with Tourette syndrome

Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have a diagnosis of Tourette syndrome or another long-term tic disorder (if joining the TS group)
  • Be able to read and complete questionnaires in English
  • For the TS group: avoid certain medicines that can change EEG brain recordings (anti-seizure meds, stimulants, and some psych meds)
  • For the TS group: avoid recreational substance use in the past 30 days
