Who can take part
- Age between 6 months and 80 years old
- Diagnosed with DIPG or glioblastoma (GBM) with a measurable tumor in the brain
- Completed standard treatment (surgery and/or radiation/chemotherapy)
- Good overall health and ability to care for yourself (Karnofsky score ≥60, life expectancy >3 months)
- Heart, kidney, and liver function within acceptable ranges
- No active infections, HIV, or hepatitis B/C; no autoimmune diseases or long-term immune-suppressing medications
