Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a glioma (a type of brain tumor) that came back after standard treatments like surgery, radiation, or chemotherapy.
  • Your tumor must have many genetic changes (high mutation load) and at least 10 new targets (neoantigens) for the vaccine to recognize.
  • You must be able to give a sample of your tumor and blood for testing.
  • You need to have at least one tumor that can be seen on an MRI scan.
  • You should be in fairly good health (able to care for yourself and with good blood, liver, and kidney function).
