Who can take part

  • Be willing to sign consent and follow all study visits and procedures
  • Be 18–75 years old, and have unresectable or metastatic solid cancer confirmed as MSI-H or dMMR
  • Your cancer must have grown or caused intolerable side effects after standard treatment
  • Have at least one measurable tumor spot on scan (and it can’t be only from a prior radiotherapy target)
  • Be able to provide recent tumor tissue and a blood sample for MSI/TMB/PD-L1 testing
  • Overall health must be good enough (heart/lung/liver/kidney function acceptable) and you should not have major uncontrolled problems
