Who can take part

  • You must have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor that has continued to grow despite at least one standard treatment, or no effective standard treatment exists.
  • You need to be between 18 and 75 years old and in generally good health (able to do daily activities without much help).
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor (visible on scans) that hasn't been treated with radiation or has grown after radiation.
  • You cannot have active or untreated brain metastases, interstitial lung disease, or certain heart or bleeding conditions.
  • You must be willing to provide a tumor tissue sample (from a recent biopsy or surgery) for testing.
