Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 75 years old.
  • You must have advanced small cell lung cancer or neuroendocrine cancer that got worse after standard treatments.
  • You need at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You should be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You must agree to provide a tumor sample (from a past surgery or new biopsy) for testing.
  • You must have adequate organ function and no serious heart problems or infections.
