Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old (any sex).
  • You have an ongoing psychotic disorder for at least 6 months that fits schizophrenia-spectrum criteria.
  • Your symptom scores are high enough (a total PANSS of 60 or more, and positive symptoms score 4+ on at least two areas).
  • Your school performance was normal at least until age 15, and you did not have psychiatric symptoms before age 15.
  • If you take antipsychotic medicine, your dose hasn’t changed within the last 2 weeks before the main symptom check.
  • You must be able to agree to the study (consent) or, if needed, assent, and complete study testing.
