Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 64 years old
  • You have a schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder diagnosis
  • You've been on the same antipsychotic medication for at least 30 days, with a stable dose for at least 15 days
  • You have a history of elevated AGA IgG antibodies (a blood marker showing immune activation)
  • You are not currently taking immunosuppressive drugs, daily high-dose aspirin, or daily NSAIDs like ibuprofen
  • You do not have an active infection (including HIV, hepatitis C, or tuberculosis) or certain brain/medical conditions
