Who can take part
- You have had a recent stroke confirmed by symptoms and a brain scan (either bleeding or blocked blood flow)
- Your heart and breathing status are stable enough to join regular therapy sessions
- You can stand by yourself (without needing a person’s full support)
- You can understand the study and sign consent in writing (or you are cognitively able to do so)
- If you have trouble communicating, this trial likely would not fit (for example, aphasia that prevents communication)
