Who can take part
- You have confirmed prostate cancer on biopsy (adenocarcinoma).
- Your prostate cancer grade is in the Gleason 6–7 range (including 3+4 or 4+3) and your PSA is within a specified limit.
- Your PSA blood test timing fits the study rules, especially if you took finasteride or dutasteride recently.
- Your symptoms are mild (International Prostate Symptom Score under 16) and your prostate is not too large (under 80 cc).
- Your overall health is good enough for treatment (Zubrod performance status 0–1).
- You are able to sign informed consent before starting the study treatment.
