Testing two-shot prostate radiation with MRI-guided planning

Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You have biopsy-proven prostate adenocarcinoma (prostate cancer found on biopsy)
  • Your cancer is low to intermediate risk (not high risk) and is limited to the prostate area
  • Your prostate is smaller than 60 cubic centimeters on the planning MRI
  • You can have an MRI and have a prostate MRI lesion rated PI-RADS 3 or higher (unless you meet a very low/favorable group where a specific step may not be used)
  • You can do the planned two-treatment radiation setup, including meeting the clinic’s bowel/urinary dose safety limits
