Who can take part
- You are a man age 18 or older
- You have prostate adenocarcinoma (prostate cancer) and need curative (radical) radiation
- Your prostate cancer biopsy shows Gleason 3+4 or 4+3 (grade group 2 or 3)
- Your MRI shows disease stage T3a or less
- Your PSA is under 25 before starting hormone treatment, and you can take hormone therapy for at least 6 months
- You can do MRI scans and complete online/phone questionnaires during the study
