Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and currently in cardiogenic shock
- Your blood pressure is being supported with medications like norepinephrine and/or dobutamine for 3 to under 24 hours
- You have signs that organs are not getting enough blood, such as high lactate, reduced urine, weak skin color refill, low oxygen in blood, or abnormal blood gas measures
- Your doctors think your blood volume is adequate (not dangerously dehydrated)
- You have not used levosimendan in the last 15 days
