- You are 18 years or older
- Your heart’s pumping strength (LVEF) is 40% or less
- You are being referred for a right-heart catheter (RHC) for treatment planning or worsening symptoms
- Your kidney function test (eGFR) is 30 or higher
- You plan to be admitted based on your RHC results
