Who can take part

  • You have colon or rectal cancer that has spread (stage IV) and is confirmed by tissue testing
  • Your metastases cannot be fully removed by surgery (or you refuse surgery)
  • Your tumor test shows a low-frequency RAS mutation (your local lab must confirm this)
  • You’re age 18 or older, can do daily activities fairly well (ECOG 0–2), and can receive chemotherapy
  • You have enough blood and organ function (bone marrow, liver, and kidneys) for chemotherapy
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot that can be tracked on scans, and you can provide tumor tissue for testing
