Who can take part

  • You have colorectal cancer that has spread (metastatic) and cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your primary tumor is located on the left side of your colon.
  • Your tumor does not have mutations in the KRAS or NRAS genes (RAS wild-type).
  • You have not received any chemotherapy or targeted therapy for metastatic disease (prior treatments for early-stage cancer are allowed if finished at least 6 months ago).
  • You are 18 or older, in generally good health (ECOG score 0-2), and have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts).
