  • You have a diagnosis of myotubular myopathy or centronuclear myopathy
  • That diagnosis was confirmed with genetic testing or a muscle biopsy
  • If you are a female carrier of x-linked myotubular myopathy, you may still qualify
  • If you have symptoms of myotubular myopathy as a carrier, that can count
  • If you are deceased, the study may include you if the diagnosis was confirmed
