Who can take part

  • You must be 2 years or older for the general part, or 8 to 60 for the muscle tiredness part.
  • You need a genetic diagnosis of a congenital myopathy (like central core disease/multiminicore disease, nemaline myopathy, or centronuclear myopathy).
  • You must speak Dutch.
  • You need to be able to travel to the study centers in Nijmegen or Utrecht.
  • You must be willing and able to complete all measurements.
  • For the tiredness part only: you may need to stop certain medicines (pyridostigmine or salbutamol) 24 hours before your visit.
