Who can take part
- Age 8 to 18 years old
- Have a primary brain tumor (tumor that started in the brain)
- No prior radiation therapy to the brain
- Can take repeated thinking/learning tests (about 1 hour each time)
- Can attend follow-up visits, and a parent/guardian can give consent
- If you will receive proton therapy: it is planned with a local dose of at least 40 Gy (RBE)
