Who can take part
- You scored 10 or higher on a depression screening questionnaire called the EPDS.
- You agree to be invited to take part in the intervention during the screening period.
- You do not have active thoughts of suicide or current self-harm risk.
- You do not have a severe mental health condition.
- You are not currently taking psychiatric (mental-health) medications and are not already in counseling/psychosocial treatment for a mental health condition.
