Who can take part
- You are 70 years old or older
- Your prostate cancer concern is because of a high PSA blood test (PSA 20 or higher) and/or a prostate lump felt on exam
- Your doctor has decided you need a rectal exam and a prostate ultrasound followed by a biopsy
- You have not been previously diagnosed with prostate cancer
- You can sign consent and you’re well enough that your expected life expectancy is 10 years or more
