Who can take part

  • You are post-menopausal and have ER-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer
  • Your cancer is metastatic or has returned in a way that can’t be cured with local treatment
  • You have already tried at least one hormone (endocrine) treatment for advanced or metastatic breast cancer
  • You have not had chemotherapy or another investigational cancer drug within the last 3 weeks
  • You have not had radiation therapy within the last 2 weeks
  • You do not take strong or moderate medicines that block CYP3A (and you don’t have certain past blood clot or heart/brain conditions)
