  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have an advanced solid tumor (like ovarian or HER2-negative breast cancer) with a BRCA mutation or similar DNA repair problem.
  • You must have tried all standard treatments that are available to you.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You must be generally healthy enough for treatment, with good organ function.
