Who can take part

  • You have lung adenocarcinoma (confirmed by biopsy or cells) that is stage IIIB/C or stage IV and cannot be removed with surgery.
  • Your tumor must NOT have certain gene changes (EGFR activating mutations, ALK, ROS1, or other listed targets like BRAF, RET, NTRK, or MET exon 14).
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot that can be tracked on scans.
  • You must be able to provide stored, unused tumor tissue slides from the past (at least 10 unstained slides).
  • Your body can handle treatment: good blood counts, liver/kidney function, and you’re well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–1).
  • You can swallow pills/medicines and you understand the study and agree in writing.
