Who can take part
- You have stage III NSCLC and previously had standard chemoradiation followed by durvalumab, and your cancer is still growing or did not fully go away
- After starting durvalumab, you were NOT found to have fast progression on the first 3-month scan
- You can have at least one cancer spot treated with radiation (focused radiation planning is required)
- You can take study scans/tests: CT chest/abdomen/pelvis or PET-CT, plus brain MRI, within 28 days before starting
- Your overall health labs and strength are adequate (ECOG 0–1, enough blood counts, and enough kidney/liver function) and you have at least 12 weeks of expected life
- You do not have certain key exclusions (like other immune drugs besides durvalumab recently, uncontrolled autoimmune disease, certain infections, or recent major surgery)
