Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your bones have fully developed (skeletally mature).
- You have a post-injury bone gap in a long bone larger than 2 cm, either right after the injury or after surgical cleaning of the bone.
- You can give informed consent (understand the study and agree to participate), or a legally approved consent process is used if you can’t sign on your own.
- You are not pregnant and can legally and practically participate in the study.
