- You have an adrenal mass that was found by chance (not because of known hormone symptoms)
- You do not have known, confirmed overt Cushing’s syndrome
- You do not have pheochromocytoma (a hormone tumor that can affect blood pressure)
- You are not taking medicines that affect cortisol production or breakdown
- You are not pregnant
- You do not have certain psychiatric conditions or alcohol misuse
