Study of brain and memory changes in cortisol-producing adrenal conditions

This study tracks thinking and brain changes over time in people with adrenal findings that produce too much cortisol (a stress hormone) on their own. It may help doctors understand how different treatments or watchful waiting affect the brain and cognition.
