Who can take part
- You have never been diagnosed with diabetes or high blood pressure (hypertension).
- Your kidney blood test result (eGFR) must be above 60.
- Your kidney ultrasound must look structurally normal.
- Your body mass index (BMI) must be under 27.
- You must not need dialysis or have very advanced kidney failure (eGFR 30 or less).
- You should be able to get clear kidney images on ultrasound (no issues that block the view).
