- Your cancer is an advanced (not operable) or metastatic solid tumor from a listed cancer type
- You are well enough to do normal activities: ECOG 0–1
- Your scans (CT or MRI) show at least one measurable tumor spot that can be tracked
- Your heart, blood counts, kidneys, and liver labs are in acceptable ranges
- You had enough time since your last cancer treatment (a “washout” period)
- You cannot have had prior B7-H3 targeted treatment (including this medicine or similar)
