Who can take part
- You have confirmed metastatic stage IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) based on biopsy/cell sample and imaging
- You have not yet received chemotherapy or immune therapy for your advanced stage cancer
- Your planned treatment must be a platinum “doublet” chemotherapy together with a PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitor
- You are at least 18 years old and can sign consent and follow the study requirements
- Your general condition is good enough (ECOG performance status 0–2), and blood/organ labs are within required limits
- You do not have certain other conditions that could interfere with scans (like uncontrolled infection or specific immune-system diseases)
