This study uses a special PET imaging scan to help doctors see how well pembrolizumab (an immunotherapy drug) is working against advanced non-small cell lung cancer. You'll receive the scan along with your regular pembrolizumab treatment and possible radiation therapy to help measure treatment response.

Who can take part
- You have stage IV (advanced) non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by biopsy
- You are currently taking pembrolizumab as your main cancer treatment
- Your cancer has either grown slightly (oligo-progressive) or you've been referred for radiation therapy (SBRT) to specific sites
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are within acceptable ranges
- You are able to lie still in a PET imaging scanner, even with anti-anxiety medication if needed
- If you can have children, you agree to use birth control or abstain from sex during the study and for 6 months after treatment ends
