- You are 18 years or older
- You have non-small cell lung cancer that is locally advanced or has spread to other parts of the body
- Your doctor plans to treat you with immunotherapy (alone or with chemotherapy)
- You do not have severe claustrophobia or uncontrolled diabetes (which could interfere with the PET-CT scan)
- You are not in any other research study involving drugs, devices, or imaging
