  • You have moderate asthma, or asthma related to an allergy marker called IgE
  • You have cystic fibrosis (if you’re in the cystic fibrosis group)
  • If you’re a healthy control, you must not have any lung disease
  • You must be a child or adult (the trial includes both ages)
