Who can take part
- You have had surgery with curative intent for stage IV head and neck cancer, neuroendocrine tumor, or soft tissue sarcoma, confirmed by pathology
- You must be cancer-free after surgery on CT or MRI of the chest/abdomen/pelvis done within 60 days before enrollment
- No leftover tumor remains after surgery (except certain small “close margin” situations without visible residual disease)
- Your body must be well enough after surgery, with blood tests and liver/kidney tests within required ranges
- Your tumor tissue sample must be collected and sent to the lab for vaccine manufacturing, and meet lab quality rules (GMP standards)
- You must be able to sign written informed consent and be willing to do the required procedures, including leukapheresis
