Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have melanoma or soft tissue sarcoma that has progressed after standard treatment or after PD-1 inhibitor therapy.
  • You are generally well enough to be up and about (ECOG performance status 0-2).
  • Your blood counts and kidney/liver function are within the required ranges.
  • You have a tumor that can be biopsied or surgically removed for vaccine preparation.
  • You are not pregnant, and you agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 4 months after.
